The Pole fitness program is based on the training schedule Denise Mulder used in preparation of competitions in the US.

After her "Cultural and Social development" studies at the Rotterdam University, and a short but succesfull career in business, she decided to make a drastic choice, she was going to be a poledancer.

In the Netherlands, Denise is well known for her contributions to musicals and theatre productions, both as a performer and as a dance teacher.

The numerous requests from women for opportunities to take lessons, inspired her to develop the Pole fitness concept.
Denise's goal is to bring this ultimate workout for women in reach of all girls worldwide.

The core of the Pole fitness program are the Pole techniques. In perfomring these techniques, a large variety of muscles are trained, both on strength as on muscular endurance. Pole fitness is a high-impact power workout

  During the exercise of the pole techniques a large variety of muscles is trained, such as biceps, triceps, schoulders, abs, back, and a lot more.
Not only does one train on strength, but also on muscular endurance and coordiination.

At the basic level of Pole fitness training we use techniques, that only strain the muscles in a light way. This way, we build up the muscles, so they are more developed to handle the advanced techniques.

Learning new techniques and feeling the capability to master them, is very gratiying for the participants!
