Dieting is nonsense!
A catchy quote is always good to get attention. Why is dieting nonsense?
The true meaning of the word "diet" is "mode of living". And that is exactly what has to replace all those diets. If you'd like to loose weight and keep it steady, you'll have to stick to a certain mode. In this, the balance between input and output is essential. How much and especially what do you eat and how much calories do you burn?
Let's sum up some don'ts: full-cream milk products, pastry, fast food, sweets, potatoe chips, etcetera, are products that are very hard to compensate by training. When you're really serious, these produchts don't belong in your cupboard or fridge. The phrase addiction m\ght be a bit exadurated, but there are a lot of womenwho think they can't do without. I hope to show you in the upcoming columns good alternatives When you make sure you clear your food supply from the mentioned items, we'll discuss alternitives next time

  The balance between input and output
For every individual, good nutrition is vital, especially for women active in sports and fitness. The used energy has to be completed with the right nutrition. On this page Denise will give you tips and each month we wil present some new "justified" and very tastefull recipes.

Salad Paysanne

30 gr. Pine nuts
50 gr. chicken filet in slices
3 spoons of oliveoil
1 chopped garlic clove
1 spoon of Balsamico dressing
1 pinch of thyme
75 gr. of com salad
2 Tomatoes
2 hard boiled egg
8 black olives
1 Avocado


Bake the chicken in oliveoil.
Divide the com salad over two plates and place the tomatoes on top. Divide the chicken, eggs, olives and avocado. Sprinkle the pine nuts over the salad.
