Terms of Delivery
Below are the conditions for purchases
in our online store. By placing an order, the buyer declares wholeheartedly
to agree with the following conditions.
PAYMENT
The products from the online store will only be sent after the total
amount is paid to Giro accountnumber. 4521160 - Polefitness in Gouda
(The Netherlands), or after the amount was paid to the Paypal account.
SHIPPING
The shipping costs that are billed apply for delivery in the Benelux.
Additional costs can be charged. You will be notified of possible
extra costs after the receipt of your order.
DELIVERY
We will send your order through the TNT Post. If you placed an order
and the payment has been received, the articles will be send within
five working days, provided it is in stock.
If it is not in stock, it will take approximately two weeks before
we ill send it to you.
ADRESS
You need to inform us in case of any change of adress address or
relocation. If you did not inform us on time, you remain liable
for all articles, intended for you, to your old address.
WEBSHOP
The order form contains all the information we need to be able to
execute your order, it is therefore necessary that you fill out
the form completely. We guarantee that your information is securely
stored and used only for the benefit of accounting.
PAYMENT
Orders through our online store can only be paid with a bank transfer
or Paypal (Visa) payment.
PRICES
Our prices, as listed on this site, are including VAT. If necessary,
we keep the right to adjust them.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Items will have been quality checked prior
to shipping. Pole fitness will exchange or refund ordered goods
only if damaged or defected through transportation. All items need
to be returned to Pole fitness with proof of purchase within 7 days
upon receipt. Pole fitness does not accept responsibility for loss
or damage of returned goods during return transit. TPole fitness
strongly recommends the usage of a traceable system for the return
of any item. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.

EXCHANGE
You have 100% conversion rights within 7 days. The conversion duration
can take up to 20 days after receiving your returned goods. We only
accept goods returned in the original packaging of the manufacturer/label.
Use a parcel to make sure the original packaging and goods are not
damaged. Check that the return postage is sufficient. If the return
postage is not enough we will be subtract the cost from the amount
that should be refunded.
Any colour between the specified color in kind and the digital images
on the Web site and / or catalogue, because of technical reasons
can not be avoided. Changes due to technical improvements remain
reserved, as well changes in maatspecificatie, model, colour verfbad
etc..
RECLAMATION NON-RECEIVED ORDERS
The buyer is responsible for the timely report of a consignment
not or only partially received, at the latest within 8 days after
shipping. After this period of 8 days, we are not obliged to examine
the reclamation regarding the shipment processing.
The research through TNT Post may take some weeks. The buyer is
bound to cooperate in this investigation. If through TNT Post research
isshown that the shipment never arrived, we will deliver the consignment
within 1 month. Is this not possible or has the article been sold
out then the buyer will be given an alternative choice, money back
for this second shipment is excluded.
TRANSPORTRISK
Delivery of the goods is provided by TNT Post, where the risk of
loss and / or damage will be ours completely.
In the event of return, the transportation risk lies with the buyer
until the shipment has arrived to us.
In case of refusal of the offered goods or the untimely collecting
at the post office, the shipping costs will be for the buyer.
GUARENTEE
We guarantee the soundness and / or usefulness of the articles supplied
by us. Any deficiency of an article, which occurred during normal
and judicious use, will be corrected by us within the warranty period
of 2 months after purchase either be repaired free of charge, or
the article will be replaced free of charge.
The guarantee granted by us lapses in case of normal to consider
lapses in normal wear and tear, or if the damage or malfunction
apparently is caused by; improper use, use for other purposes than
those for which the article was developed and produced, it is not
correctly cleaned etc.
(In) direct costs to the buyer or damage caused
