In the Netherlands, 4 universities and over 30 fitness centers have been working with our grouplessons program since 2005. In 2009 we will use our experience in the Dutch fitness industry to make the program available worldwide. The combination of strength- and endurance traning has proven to be a high-impact workout that has a great positive effect on women, both physically and mentally. Thousands of women of all ages have already joined healthclubs attracted by this true innovation in fitness.
