Hangover one leg bridge

This technique is only for advanced Pole fitness practitioners.

Start this technique with a ‘hangover’. Take hold of the pole with both hands behind your back. Stretch the other leg backward. Take hold of the pole with both hands low (underneath your head) and push yourself off.

We advise to use a Pole fitness® mat when performing this technique.

Always ask your licensed Pole fitness® instructor for support and advice.
